OUR DISTINGUISHING FACTOR

In our quest to play an active role in human capacity/community development and peace-building, the institute initiated a humanitarian project (prisons and hospitals visitation). This is aimed at consolidating on government’s efforts in decongesting the prisons and hospitals by paying fines/bail charges of minor offenders, as well as paying minor hospital bills of abandoned patients.  
CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP

GRADUATE MEMBERSHIP (GMHIPCD)

This category is drawn from Youth Corps members who graduated from different institutions of higher learning such as universities, polytechnics, colleges of education and professional institutions. They can upgrade to the next level of membership at least two (2) years after their service year. 

Registration: Registration for this category is five thousand (5,000.00) naira only and an annual dues of three thousand (3,000,00) naira.


CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

This category of membership is opened to organizations, NGOs, government establishments that believe in the vision, mission and values of this Institute, with either direct or indirect contributions to        peace, humanity and community development. As such, this provides a suitable platform for                    partnership and networking for further contributions to the course of both the institute and partners.    This guarantees automatic membership of the institute to staff of the organization(s) who participate our seminars/trainings. 

Registration: Corporate registration fee for this category is fifty thousand (50,000.00) naira only. Cost       of induction, profiling, plaque, certification and medal of staff-members is negotiable. 

FULL MEMBERSHIP (MHIPCD)

This category is for individuals who have contributed to peace-building, human and community development. They include but not limited to people in managerial positions in public and private organizations, CEOs of business enterprises, Clergy, Traditional Rulers, Members of professional bodies, Officers in charge of corporate social responsibilities, etc.

Registration: Registration in this category is ten thousand (10,000.00) naira only and an annual dues of ten thousand (10,000.00) naira only. 
Cost of induction, profiling, plaque, certification and medal is fifty thousand (50,000) naira.


FELLOWSHIP (FHIPCD)

This honour and membership category is meant for distinguished humanitarians and nation-builders who have contributed immensely to humanity welfare, community development and peace-building nationally and internationally, with outstanding records. This category is classified into:


  1. PROFESSIONAL FELLOWSHIP (PFHIPCD)

  2. LIFE  FELLOWSHIP (LFHIPCD)

PROFESSIONAL FELLOWSHIP: This category is for members who are professionals in their fields of endeavour, who may have either upgraded to Fellowship status or directly nominated into the Fellowship, in consideration of their contributions to the growth and actualization of the objectives of the institute. They include but not limited to Professionals in different fields, Managers of NGOs, Traditional Rulers/Community Leaders, Philanthropists, Social Activists, Captains of Industries, Religious Leaders, Government Administrators, etc.


LIFE FELLOWSHIP: This category is for individuals who have contributed immensely in distinguished and specific circles to the peace-building, humanity and community development. They are specially recognized individuals who are drawn from both the public and private sectors, Religious Leaders, Traditional Rulers/Community Leaders, diplomats, etc. Note that registration for this category is not in consideration of your profession but because of your remarkable acts of humanitarian services.

Registration: Registration fee for this category is ten thousand (10,000) naira and an annual dues of twenty thousand (20,000.00) naira only. Cost of induction, profiling, plaque, certification and medal is one hundred thousand (100,000) naira. Upgrading from membership to either of the above is seventy thousand (70,000) naira only.


VOLUNTEER

In the institute’s noble quest to imbibe peace, humanitarian and self/community development ideology, prospective volunteers shall be accepted but not on remuneration. They would be guaranteed of free participation in the institute’s seminars and trainings (locally and internationally).


BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership of this institute provides for active participation in our activities (both locally and internationally) which include; general meetings, conferences, awareness campaigns, the opportunity for paper presentations in related areas of professionalism.


Membership also provides opportunities for networking with the crème de la crème in both public and private sectors, including captains of industries, considering the importance of networking.


Membership further affords the rare opportunity to be presented with the institute’s plaque of recognition, medal, emblem, certificate and being addressed as Member or Fellow of the institute with globally-recognized acronyms of: GMHIPCD, CPHIPCD, MHIPCD, PFHIPCD, LPHIPCD.
